A photographer normally holds and keeps copyright. If you have an option for using the pictures for commercial purposes, I will allow their use on a profit-sharing basis.
Discretion
If the pictures don't turn out how you like them, or you change your mind, the pictures will never be published or used. That is a personal guarantee.

I can provide an insight for new and aspiring models, top tips, do's and don'ts! I can also recommend a number of portfolio hosting sites and the benefits (and pitfalls of each one).
Why so cheap? I'm not in it for the money!
If you are an established model and have a project that needs image rights transferring, I will consider this on a case by case basis.
Well, if you live in my area, what have you got to lose? I will be professional, curteous and polite. I will be happy to schedule an appointment within reason.
You will need to sort out styling, make-up if you need it, wardrobe and location. More often than not family and friends can help!
Any shoots organised involving persons under the age of 18 will require written consent from your parent or guardian and I will need to meet them prior to the shoot. I also expect them to remain either on set, or close by. Sorry, there is NO exception to this condition. These are my Terms and Conditions. Photo-ID is mandatory for all shoots. |
